Head Chef is preparing his new Summer menu to start very shortly and here's a quick taster of what's to come:


Caponata Stuffed Portabello Mushroom with roasted pine nuts, wild rocket and basil oil

Proscuitto & Fresh Mango with crème fraiche and honey, chilli & coriander dressing

Mains:

Honey, Ginger & Soy Glazed Salmon Fillet served on a bed of chilli Bok Choy

Chef’s Special Fish & Shellfish Casserole in Bouillabaisse Sauce & served with hand cut chips

Seafood Linguine with Prawns & Calamari

Zucchini Risotto with Peas and Lemon (vg)

Mediterranean Braised Lamb & Artichoke Bocconcini served with Dauphinoise potatoes

Dessert:

Salted Caramel Cheesecake with toffee sauce

Glazed Lemon Tart with crème fraiche
