Chef’s Special Fish and Shellfish Casserole in a bouillabaisse sauce

Crispy Confit Duck Leg with puy lentils, pancetta and merguez sausage

Pork Fillet Medallions with prunes and grainy mustard sauce

served with dauphinoise potatoes

Risotto with Wild Mushrooms, baby spinach and dolcelatte cheese
